By registering for this contest I agree to abide by the rules set forth by this contest committee and/or contest chairman. I release all rights to pictures or audio or video recordings that may be taken of me while participating in or preparing to participate in this contest on the grounds of the Colonial theater. I also understand that while all participants will most likely play a full round (hoedown, waltz and tune of choice) in the preliminaries, some divisions may only play 1 - 2 tunes with an added time limit if their division enrolls more than 15 participants. This contest judges and committee also reserves the right to cut the final rounds of each division to as few as 3 qualifiers in all divisions except the Championship. I understand that it is the sole determination of the three highly qualified judges to determine who moves to the final round of competition and that their decision is final. I understand that this contest is not Nationally Certified and that no scores will be kept. I also acknowledge that the final playoff the type of tunes that will be played during each playoff will be determined by the judges, the judges will watch and keep track of each contestant and pick winners and order of placement of the top 7 players in the championship division and the top 3 in all other divisions.
