| 9:30 | Contest Starts (Order of play Novice PeeWee, Standard PeeWee, Novice Jr Jr, Standard Jr Jr, Novice Junior then Standard Junior) If you are not ready to play (on stage) when you are called you will be Imediately disqualified from the contest! |

| 7:00 | Top Fiddlers - play off for titles and places Awards are given at the end of each play off! |

| 9:30 | Contest Begins Preliminaries Adult Novice Adult Standard Championship Any contestant who is not on stage when their name is called will be immediately disqualified from the contest! |

| 1:00 | Preliminaries Continued and Second Round or Call Backs/Play Offs begin Make sure you are back at the contest so you don't miss your turn in a play off. As with preliminaries Any contestant who is not on stage when their name is called for a play off or call back will be immediately disqualified from the contest! |

| 6:30 | Fiddle Entertainment Judges Play Accompanist contest - (the top 5 accompanists of the day will be selected by the judges to play off - the accompanist picks a fiddler and plays any one tune with a 3 minute time limit) Any accompanist who is not on stage when their name is called will be immediately disqualified from the contest! |
