At Sites' Violin Shop we teach violin lessons, we offer private instruction and group lessons through Sites' Music School and Strings for Kids a non-profit that provides free violins and lessons to students from families with low incomes. Each year we host a variety of events ranging from concert events with orchestras and solo violinists to a National level fiddle contest. Many students receive free lessons in their schools or seek our one on one tutoring at the shop. We sell violins, cellos, violas and basses in our shop both new and vintage. We have a large collection of vintage Martin and Gibson guitars and sell a selection of new student quality guitar packages. Weekly, teachers at Sites' teach more than 400 students violin, fiddle, cello, viola, bass, guitar, piano, voice, mandolin or banjo lessons.
Our students have consistantly placed in the top 5 in their respective divisions at the National Oldtime Fiddlers Contest in Weiser, Idaho.
Study at Sites' and learn to play violin or fiddle from many of the best violin and fiddle teachers in the Northwest. Many of our instructors and students* (and former students**) are champion fiddlers.
